Self Care Catalysts has launched Health Storylines, a free app to allow patients to assess their COVID-19 risk, monitor symptoms, learn the best ways to protect themselves and others, and contribute data to ease the burden on health systems.
Health Storylines will be part of a collaboration with Roche Canada called the COVID-19 Data Science Coalition project which will use Health Storylines to collect data from the community. Self Care Catalysts expects to collect new types of data to build advanced data constructs that involve community/population health behaviours related to COVID-19.
