Mobio Health has announced that it has teamed up with the New York University School of Medicine and the Zurich Psychiatry Hospital to deliver free digital stress-resilience training. The training will primarily come in the form of carefully crafted guided meditations accessible to anyone around the world through Mobio’s digital therapeutic Am Mindfulness. In addition to the training, Am Mindfulness will collect data surrounding the specific situation of each person.
