Dr. Brian Jahns is the Senior VP, Commercial and Business Development at Trillium Therapeutics Inc. where he is responsible for providing commercial input clinical and regulatory strategy, as well as carrying out business development activities. He has an extensive background in the pharmaceutical and health care industry, most recently as Vice President Oncology and Vice President Product Strategy for Hoffmann-La Roche Canada. 

Dr. Jahns will discuss why it’s critical for early stage health science companies to develop a strategic plan, the impact of those plans on successful commercialization and lessons learned from his experience in the health science industry.
