The Export Services Branch (ITB), Ontario Ministry of International Trade (MIT) is organizing a Trade Mission to the BIO 2017 International Convention and Business Partnering Forum, one of the world’s premier biotech partnering events June 19-22, 2017. BIO 2017 is organized by the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), located in Washington, D.C. www.bio.org.
BIO Business Partnering Forum and Convention Overview
The BIO One-on-One Business Partnering Forum is the world’s largest biotech partnering event hosting over 28,000 partnering meetings at BIO 2016. Powered by BIO’s state-of-the-art One-on-One Partnering System, the Business Forum provides the opportunity for your company to initiate business contacts in a friendly environment and schedule meetings prior to the Convention.
Participating in this event will provide companies with a unique opportunity to have face time with potential partners, industry leaders and deal makers from: big pharma and biotechnology companies that they might not otherwise have. Life Science partnering meetings are one of the most efficient ways for small biotechs to find the partners they need.
Mission Objective
The objective of the mission is to facilitate introductions for Ontario companies that require partners and strategic alliances in order to sustain growth. The BIO Business Partnering Forum will serve as a one-stop shop for Ontario companies to meet potential partners from all over the world.
Participation Fee
The fee to participate is C $1400.00 and includes:
• Full convention access registration fee for one company representative
• Participation in the Bio Business Partnering Forum
• Access to Exhibit Hall
• Access to Exhibitor Booth Partnering
• Attendance at all educational sessions and super sessions
• All networking, luncheons and social events
